At Stuart Foy Design , we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. To that end, we’ve compiled a FAQ list below that covers the most common questions we receive. Where do you source the wood from?

We work with local contractors, tree surgeons and makers to collect any timber they can not use and prevent it going to landfill by using it in our designs.

How do you bend the wood?

We heat the timber in our steam box (called Bernie) and when the piece reaches the correct temperature we can remove it and begin the forming process.
